Iīm actually building that DSP interface, but
not for ISA, but for... Nubus!! This will let
me use most Falcon DSP APPs under MM/J, but itīs
not as easy working with MACs as with Ataris,
cos while we have access to all documentation
like ChipsīnīChips, the complete hardware
adress list and even the original schematics,
the situation in the MAC world is the opposite.
Everything seems to be very confidential, so
I canīt even find any info about the Nubus
port adresses! I need these adresses to be able
to do the redirection patch for the DSP signals.
But there are more stuff that need redirection;
A MAC has no paralell printer port, itīs serial!
So Iīm planning another card, with a Centronics
(finally, parallelcopy under MagiCMac!!)
port, the cartridge port and why not those
STE-specific extra joystick ports? They are
just the cartridge port again, but buffered,
and on different adresses...
So, any tips on where to find some info about
the Nubus adresses? Would be very appriciated!
