Hello, Any1 heared of a video/paint package called "IDOMA STUDIO"??

In the README text for INT-Sync 1.0 (Deflickering Utility for FALCON 030),
the author, Aureliano D'Agazio, (Italy) breaks the news about his new art
package. It was written in 24/03/1994, but did he ever finish the program?
