Author: 0 (0) Date: -0 Now I see that the XTOS team is planning on running an emulator on their machine so it can run older Atari software. Talk about doing things backwards! I'm behind emulation 100%. In fact, I think that is the only viable way to bring a fast, expandable, inexpen- sive TOS compatible machine to market. But, to build a machine using a quirky, non-compatible, slow cpu...and then run emulation on top of it...well, that's just dumb. By the time XTOS comes to market (if ever) PC's will be running over 3 GHZ. Imagine how fast they will run Atari...faster than XTOS will run even in native mode. Shane
