I make music together with some people and we have come up with the idea to install a master sync box to lock a few MIDI devices into tempo. We have a quite classic drums-bass-guitar-synth lineup, and we would like to expand that. The general idea is to have a program installed on an ST, that listens to manual tap tempo and sends out syncs, to slave MIDI listeners. I have two ST1040's. It would be great to use one at home and one in the rehearsal room for this purpose.
