Hi, I don't know if this is the best place to ask but I can't find anywhere more suitable at the moment. I dug my old STE out of a relatives loft a few days ago only to find that it seems to have died (and been strangely discoloured) in the time that it's been there. It's a VERY long time since it saw any use so I've forgotten pretty much everything I know about it. Basically, I switch on, the power light comes on but that's it. No sounds from it, no indication of loading from the other light or anything. Anyone got any ideas or is it most likely a write-off?
