Hi folks,

I'd like to use my STE as a drum-machine within my MIDI-setup.
The soundtrackers which I have tried (all at dhs.nu) are not worth the download because they either do not support monochrome monitors
or they do not support MIDI input at all.

The only one which claims to do this is Audio Sculpture.
But its MIDI-routs seem to very buggy. Incoming notes are only acceptet when playing accords; then it plays any of those notes...
Further there seems to be no menu to select which instrument has to be played on which MIDI-channel.

Can anybody help me with solving those bugs or does anyone know a better programme than AS?

My setup is:

1040 STE with 4 MB RAM, SM124.

Thanks in advance, Alex
