Can anyone help me here?
I am having BIG problems connecting to BT Internet.
I will cut out all the crap, and get straight to it, and hopefully someone can see if I am right, and help me out a little.
I use BT Internet.
When Itry to connect, it goes through the motions, dials up the number, and then promptly disconnects.
After some fine-toothed-combing, I seem to have found what is most likely the cause of this.
BT Internet logs in using CHAP, and the dialers I have, only seem to do PAP!
WTF is the difference? is there any dial-up software that will let me log-in using CHAP or do I have to either accept that I will NEVER get the TT onto the net unless I change my ISP?
Or, in plain english...
How can I connect the Atari TT to BT Internet?
