Hello, all you fellow programmers,
in case you always wanted to code STE specific features (like hardware scrolling, screen splitting or DMA sound) but lacked the documentation or already started to code STE specific features and soon found out that it somehow never works out as planned, i assembled a little FAQ.
The FAQ features:
- All STE specific registers
- Short explanation
- Problems you might have when using them
- Compatibility of those registers on TT and Falcon
You will also find an extra section about the MegaSTE and the TT where some additional registers are explained.
It might be useless for the expert but helpful for beginners on the STE.
