when they were both dial up access (before Netscape & Internet Explorer ever existed)?
does anyone still have their users guides or manuals (esp. chat) to 'em? I'm looking for info on the chat rooms (like protocol, chat strings, chat commands, etc.) i'm working on an "article" of sorts for a state telecommunications newsletter and i need this information for comparative purposes.
For example, I know in Delphi the command "/ROLL" would simulate the rollowing of the dice and "/INVITE" or "/IGNORE" etc.
How'd compuserve handle real time chat ?
