I am trying to ressurect my 800xl, i would like to use my 1050 but it keeps saying boot error?
My steps 1050 is drive 1, connect serial cable to 800xl, switch on 1050..wait, insert dos disk,switch on 800xl. The 1050 and 800 xl manual is scant as to commands. I checked 8 bit faq they tell me about 1050 and 800xl but not how to use them.
