Hi there,
I have received the last release of the MyIDE from M. Atari and have spent days and night to try to have it working.

I have tried 5 HD from 1 Go up to 4 Go, no way to have scandisk.bas to find them.

Finaly I used very small old HD and one of them a Seagate of 535 Mo have been recognized and I could create a partition of 16 Mo using Fdisk.bas (65535 sectors). But after. I saved the info and went to DOS to setup the DOS on the HD (Option O of MyDOs ans give the 65535 sectors) and Press H but this gave me an error. Since then I cannot launch fdisk.bas again to check what is going on with my HD. I always get an error 144 at line 0.... If I use scandisk.bas again, then I can see the HD with correct info... but no way to set it...

I go nowhere untill now.... What did I do that went wrong... Who could help me with a step by step help... The info from M. Atari are very complete and great, but I assume that it is not clear enough for a beginer like me... a good tutorial could be better...

Also, I don't get this idea of "Image", does that mean that each floppy with video game or programm is transfered to a partition that will only run this game? Or can we put several games to a single partition without to go over 16 Mo? Also if my HD is 500 Mo can I create several 16Mo partitions untill my HD is full?

Please help.... SOS!!!!

Bye
Dominique
