If you would rather talk to an Atari 8-bit hardware expert, and get answers to your questions LIVE, please point your Internet Relay Chat program to #Atari on DALnet. I and some other bright souls run the channel. And we are looking for knowledgeable OPs to help provide support in these regions, so we have a 24 hour (pretty much) support community.
(Good English is a deffinate +)
We need 8-bit power users from all regions of the world except for the Continental USA.
We need an ST poweruser in the Australia, Hawaii, and continental timezone areas. Europe is covered pretty much.
We do not need a console (game unit) power player from anywhere, as the channel is dedicated to the Atari Computers.
The work is all voulenteer, and you don't have to dedicate any set time to be there. 24 hour dedicated connects are a +, as we like to have ops idle with an away flag if not around.
