I am having troubles with a friend's Mega STE that loads directly into a embroidery and stiching program. When I turn the computer on, it loads the graphics info, some type of patch then it loads the program. The screen turns bright and a cursor appears (a bee) then it just sits there. I can't get to the desktop to try to delete the program so that I can reload it. I have tried hitting f5 and f8 during the startup but it doesn't help.

Can anyone help me to fix this problem?
