I have a Gravis Eliminator Gamepro 10-button gamepad. The emulator recognizes my gamepad. When I go to set it up for a game like Combat (controller option is checked in the interface menu; the profile settings are set for "joystick") my tank will not move. How do I set it up so I'll be able to move around with any joystick, paddle, etc.?

Also, I noticed pcaewin uses either Kaillera .84 or .86 (can't remember which). Is it also compatible with Kaillera v .9?
