i have just recently found my jaguar from my parents house, im unsure of a few things though

1) it has a redlight as apposed to green
(Does this mean NTSC???)

2) there is a small grey cable coming from my jaguar and a blue screen saying Jaguar development, how am i able to use the development on the jag? and do i need any special hardware/software,

i read somewhere that it can be programmed on an ST ? how is this possible with limited ST capability can i use ASM from PC ??
