You can start by checking the RF box inside of the game system. There is a switch that you can adjust to fix the picture on the screen. Also check to see if you're using the original adapter for you game system. If you're using a simular plug, make sure you're using an adapter that is using the same output voltage rating following the same amperage ratings. That would contribute to no screen.
