That's a bit harsh isn't it? I dug around the web and could find no details on the board they were talking about using. I'm assuming they aren't planning on using one of those minature boards.
I got the impression from information I read that Wilhelm board had the following things going for it. NOTE these are impression from reading the web not any information that I have.
1. Still Coldfire CPU
2. It's all but ready for production with only some minor changes necessary to make it an atari clone
3. The cost would be substantially less than the original price suggested by Fredi.
Personally other than it's good to see the project isn't completely dead, there isn't much to form an opinion about yet. ie without any real specs on the board, time, cost etc... what can we comment on?
