You really can't help yourself? Sorry, just can't keep quiet this time!
Basically you seem to bash any idea that does not suit your
idea of the perfect solution for future upgrades.
Some people will be delighted to use ARAnyM asa a true Atari setup.
If that suites their needs, then its awesome!
Some people will be delighted when the CT60 comes out,
since a Falcon on stereoids is probably exactly what they need. Awesome!
Some people will be delighted to see a Coldfire clone being produced.
It might become a setup filling the computing needs of many people.
Can it really matter if we have a Coldfire board specifically
made for this clone, or a board that is originally made
for more general purposes? Any way we look at it, it will not be
true Atari hardware per say. Just my 2 cents.
There is obviously no solution that will make everybody happy,
but lets be happy that people still bother trying to
extend the life of our tiny and decreasing platform.
Surely everyone is entitled to their own opinion,
but to also respect others opinions would
certainly make things easier.
