That problem (pins on the wrong side of the board) was solved quite some time ago. And was the manufacturers fault.
The current issue is about the 64/64cycle bus sharing mode of the blitter. I don't know how it fails or anything, but the blitter is of very little importance on CT60 or other accelerator cards with TT-RAM.
Czuba says he wants to release a perfect CT60, and will not ship until these blitter issues are solved. Even if only very few, if any, would notice problems with the 64/64 mode failing.
HOWEVER, if the ct60 is working except for the small blitter issue, why are there no benchmakrs from nembench and/or zBench? Czuba promised these as soon as the cards booted fine, which it certainly should if it's only the blitter thing left to fix.. I fear something else might be lurking in the dark which puts the release back further. But I hope not..
