Hi Joshua,

The term 'they' refers to completely
different persons. The one, who spread
the rumors about the release of a Coldfire
based Atari-Clone last year was Ulrich Gössel
(the initiator of the xtos-project).
The current team has nothing to do with
him (he is not involved in the
acp-project). The only thing, the two
projects had in common, was the main
developer Fredi Aschwanden.
In fact, the acp project was founded because
_we_ were fed up with baseless promises.
So, the acp-Project is a half year old
now - and we made no ungrounded promises.
Please take a look at the individuals, who
represent the project instead of just
talking about 'they'. 'They' are not 'they'.
You said, your reaction was due to your
frustation - I can understand that. BTW,
the feasibility of the 'Wilhelm'-board was
the deciding argument for us to choose
this way to go. (Rodolphe also offered
us to develop a new board - but he also
said that he has not much time for it -
so we decided to go for the 'Wilhelm'-
solution)
Greetings and thanks for your good wishes,
Norman
