There's a program called WindowBlinds that you can use, but I can't remember where from or how much it costs? But you can change the Windows windows (LOL!!) to look like anything - I had a MacOS 8 theme going on for a while.
It's easy with RISC-OS 3, I had a falcon theme for it! The window layout is identical. Just copy the romFS::$.sprites.tools27.!Tools27 sprite file, change the bitmaps in !Paint so they look like the TOS 4 window gadgets, and then *iconsprites <obey$dir> !tools27... something like that anyway...
The WindowBlinds thing is basically a Skin program for windows, you just make your own atari skin for it! Someone may even have done it already!!
