if you have an atari 5200 4-port system (4 joystick ports), you will need to acquire a specific switchbox that everything plugs into (including the power supply), it would have one cable coming out of the machine (RF line). yeah...check the size and faceplate of your console... as the 5200 is MASSIVE, and has a jpystick storage compartment near the back of the console. also, the later model 2600s were marked as 2600s, the earliers were merely called the VCS. the 5200 is marked 5200 on the silver strip on the face. hope this helps!
