You can't do overscan on an STE if that's what you're after. If you want a higher res, get a mono monitor, or just buy a Falcon. You won't regret it.

There is an overscan mod for the ST/STF, but I have now idea how compatible it makes your machine. Chances are many programs won't run any more.
