Firstly, I've been to the Gemulator site, but read that it needs a Gemulator card ?? What is one of these? I am assuming at the moment that it is a card with all the TOS ROM's on it. If this is the case, then are the chips replaceable as new TOS ROMs become availabe? Secondly, where would I get such a card ??! I know the Atari isn't exactly mainstream, so it may be difficult from where I stand. If i were to get a Gemulator card, would it be worth it ? I did love my old Atari, but what i used it for was manily games, and the Gemulator would run games waayyyyy to fast! Finally (I know I'm rambling now :-) are there any decent Word Processing, DTP, Graphics, and 3D applications for the Atari ?? When I left the scene, WP and DTP programs were damned easy to use, and similarly for graphics applications (although suffering from simplicity and not many colours). 3D was unheard of at the time. I'm used to high-performance programs (even though I use WinSuck, and Linux), so they would have to be fairly spectacular, or has the hardware advanced that much ? Thanx for breathing new life into an old friend!
