I personally think that you would be better off spending the money on upgrading the PC. No emulator I have seen is 100% but I must admit I do think that Winston is about the best (taking into account simplicity as well).
If I remember correctly the TOS image has to be in the root and also be called something specific (I can't remember exactly) I think it was in a text file with the download, you may find that your machine can run at the correct speed using this emulator.
I must apologise for my spelling in the last e-mail (no reason), and the machine is a Phenix that I was going on about and that also has USB plus 2 x 68060 sockets for two 80Mhz CPUs plus a slot for a PowerPC emulation card thing. This machine will be cheaper than some of the high end TOS machine of today (slightly yesterday) and I will be waiting until then.
