I did the same thing a year or so ago (fried my drive that is),
I ended up ordering a drive from this site:

i swapped the board out and it worked ... for a while, but I got my data off at least.

I know this place is expensive but I figured i'd tell you about them since they did indeed send me what I wanted when I needed it.
