Read the FAQ for Atari STs at http://www.megacom.net/~q-funk/ST/ . Then post your questions here. You can often get a wider audience by posting to Usenet (comp.sys.atari.st), but note that they are a bit touchy over there, so be careful of your tone when posting.
As for a first port of call...just post with a subject of "help needed with <whatever you need help with>". If I don't respond, it's because I don't know the answer.
