Did you buy this directly from Cortex or second hand? If the former, you probably got drivers that are a couple of years out of date...
I've heard from several people who had no luck getting the Eclipse/RageII to run with the included software. Instead, you should download the updated stuff from my web site (www.klockars.net). Start with the fVDI v0.95 archive and then replace the things for which there are newer single files.
(The stuff in the 0.95 archive should work too, but it's two and a half years old.)
There's also a recent update of a small PCI test program (test.gtp) which only requires the card installed and the PCIBIOS.PRG running. If that does not report any problems, everything is likely to be fine.
