Yep. No way.
It's a big investment, making an own computer/hardware.
You won't get the number of pieces to assemble it for a bearable price; and in comparsion it will look loaded with disadvantages to PCs and though more expensive.
But it's not that surrealistic that Infogrames might lend us the Atari logo for it...
The only medicine against the platform starving are platform indepentend libraries.
