I'm afraid it will not be possible to draw attention of these developers back to the Atari. Steinberg, ROM Logicware, Invers, they all fed the Atari market far longer than most other people had dared, so there's no need to be mean to them now, but commercial software development on Atari is dead.
Both clones and Aranym will give a new home for semi-professional programmers that are motivated and dedicated to keep Atari software going - and there is excellent shareware - but it's not very likely to lure any of the former Atari software producers back to either a clone or Aranym.
