Yeah, sure.
Now your MegaSTE only contains a chip called COMBEL which houses Blitter, GLUE and MMU and which certainly doesn't feature a large red sign saying "The Blitter is HERE!".
So i honestly don't know how you can identify that your MegaSTE has a Blitter or that your TT doesn't by looking into its internals - especially since the TT also contains big square thingies with pins around all 4 sides that don't say "No Blitter in here".
Maybe now you can guess why i also disbelieve in your "TT running at 72MHz".
