that would be a copuright infringement. that can't possibly happen since Atari owns the rights to the Atari game systems lineup. And I'm more than sure that "engineer" knows that recreating the Atari7800 without the proper authorization from Atari itself which is still in buisiness will lead to prosecution by law. No one can remarket that system unless it's a unique system without having the Atari logo and playing "any" Atari game cartridges.
