Not really, I think. At least not for DivX or for high res TC output (without some kind of CT60 bus graphics card, since the Falcon bus is so slow).
DivX is _very_ hard on the CPU. If you look at the ARAnyM web pages, you can see that it uses 75% of the JIT-CPU on an Athlon XP 1700+.
That machine is very much faster at running 68k code than an '060.
I'm currently in the process of creating a nice version of Dhrystone v2.1. Even a straight-forward gcc-build can reach 400+ MIPS under ARAnyM on my 1.3 GHz Athlon, though, compared to the 105.6 MIPS number for the fastest CT60 on the Czuba-tech Web site (and I've not yet built any version that gets even close to the numbers mentioned there on an AB040).

Huh?

It can not slow anything down (well, besides using up Falcon bus bandwidth). Its speed is only relevant to the graphics resolution.

While I don't agree with them about the need for any kind of Videl compatibility, or the lack (from what I've seen so far) of any real hardware acceleration (they did seem to consider screen->screen blitting, at least), that card would certainly be a huge improvement over accessing the Videl via the Falcon bus.
If/when the card becomes available, I'll likely buy one in any case. The FPGA can always be reprogrammed. ;-)
> And does anybody know if the eclipse-card is working with the ct60?
Neither the Eclipse nor the CT60 has a normal Falcon through-connector, unfortunately. This means that they simply can't be connected, out of the box.
It would probably be possible to add such a connector to either card, though.
With a working through-connector, there's no reason why fVDI/Eclipse shouldn't work.
The Eclipse PCI BIOS does require a CPU with an MMU (for hardware reasons), though, and might need some changes for the '060.
If adding a through-connector turns out not to be too difficult, I might take a shot at it myself. Otherwise, I'd be happy to help out with the software side of it if someone else adds such a connector to his CT60 or Eclipse.
