The Eclipse PCI BIOS does require a CPU with an MMU (for hardware reasons), though, and might need some changes for the '060.

I saw pictures once of a guy who added lots of things to his Falcon bus (I think there was nova, ab040 and screeneye..). He made a flat-cable with many bus connectors.

I don't know how reliable or smart that is (I'm no good at electroncis) but the idea seemed quite nice to me.
