All STs have two 9-pin joystick ports. Only the 520/1040 class STEs had the HD15 enhanced joystick/mouse/lightgun ports (not even the Mega STE).
Even some (early) STFMs had 360 KB single-sided floppy disk drives.
I think you may have confused the floppy disk and hard disk in terms of DMA and "1.33". 1.33 MB/s (but not 1.33 Mb/s) sounds about right for the hard disk port, which is also known as the DMA port.
