If your floppies are all 80 tracks, 9 sectors per track formated (2 sides or 1 side does not matter) you could read them with specific PC products as Mr BBC said.
If it is not the case, you will need your old Atari to read them. Most of protected floppies won't be read by a PC because they could be formated as 82 tracks, 11 sectors per tracks (1 or 2 sides still doesn't matter)
