hmmm...
A lot of us still care... we should support the few authors left, and I for one am perfectly willing to pay a reasonable price for good TOS software.

But, regarding your query, there are a lot of old games and software out there, "abandoned" so to speak, which I personally don't feel are wrong to download and play. Legally it's probably wrong, but I don't think many companies would follow it up even if you told them the addresses of the sites and who runs them. A few have even released source code to their old software...
