So how does that explain that C-LAB did a deal with Atari in 1994 to produce the C-LAB Falcon? I think it was the software guys who left and formed a new company rather than the old one closing.

Wouldn't it be funny if Microsoft purchased Apple and stopped Mac development so if you wanted to run OS X you'd have to use a PC.
