TAZ is a very good terminal program and it works on monochrome monitors too (without color interlacing then).
BTW. that interlace mode needs a 60Hz monitor!

Make sure to install some patches as the serial driver in the old versions (pre 2.x) of TOS is buggy and has problems with RTS/CTS and highspeed (meaning 1,9k/s).
