This is on a 486 running DOS. When you run gemulator (3.8) you have to type 'g' to make it go.
Trick is - write an autoexec.bat file that invokes the gemulator binary like C:gemul38gemul8r

you pipe a file into it like this:
C:GEMUL38GEMUL8R.EXE < input.nul
and to make input.nul you type:
copy con input.nul
g[return][ctrl+z][return]
The Ctrl+z sends an end of file character that stops the input and writes the file. Gemulator then assumes you've type G [return] and carries on running.
The copy command is like 'Copy from Console to File...' and of course the console is what you type into so it copies your typing to a file.
