I did own one, but I had to sell it :(
It was 32MHz, with German TOS 3.06
It did not have a blitter, I benchmarked the heck out of it for an assingment and I found that Blitting operations on a 32MHz TT were the same speed as on my 8MHz STe with a blitter. presumably blitting would have been 4x faster on the TT (or maybe 8x because the blitter in the STE is 16-bit and the TT could have a 32-bit-blitter)
It had 4MB of ST RAM in an Atari board, and 32MB in a GeSoft board for TT RAM - but I could only get it to see 16MB of it. There were about 10 SIMM slots and some jumpers but I never got any instructions for it so I couldn't tell if my configuration was right.
