NVDI is commercial, you need to buy it.

http://www.nvdi.de/ is the homepage, and I belive http://www.atari-workshop.co.uk/ should have it (didnt look though).

And with NVDI installed, you don't need speedogdos, NVDI have all the specials from speedo as well.
