I have had mine running at 64Mhz, but I needed to do a lot of cooling of both the RAM and DSP chip(s).
I am also not sure how stable it is, it boots and I can run stuff but I fear intense DSP work may cause problems.
Some MIPS program gave good results, the Cent Messure program thing (forget the name) returned 64Mhz.
The changing of RAM chips sounds like a good idea, I may do that - what was the model numbers.
What about FPU, how have people done with that? And BUS/CPU?
