I fixed it,don't ask me how.
after a few tries of HDDrivers "IDE-HD-
modifie HDDriver" ( and a cup of tea),
the right HD-size was shown,partitioning
worked without problems.
The boot-problem with diskette was caused
by damaged datas on this diskette.
