Check http://stappz.atari.org/ for some applications to run.
Use the makedisk tutorial at http://home.tu-clausthal.de/~ifmar/makedisk/ to make disks for your ST. Make sure to get some DD disks. HD ones may work but they will likely loose their data after a short amount of time.
