Ok, I know Magic 2 and 4 are both ok with GEMulator
As far as Magic 5 and 6 go, I have NEVER had a good install, and I seriously doubt they work properly under Magic to be honest!
Maybe if you got a dummy GEMulator setup, with nothing in the System, using TOS Image instead of a MAGIC.RAM ( Use the ROM if you have the card of course ) and then install Magic as you would on the Atari, this should help you get further?
Maybe its the version of Gemulator too, cos the latest version GEMUL8R8 wont work properly on any of my PCs with any version of Windows!
Try using an older version, the later ones are a little bit shitty
As I said, Win2000 does NOT run GEMulator properly, I cannot access a floppy, so I cannot install Magic properly.
