It was a while since I last had to fiddle around with this, but I think I remember that all I had to do was run "hddriver.app" (maybe it was a .prg instead) from the installation floppydisk. In this way the harddrive was recognized so that I could run the HD-driver utility and make it install "hddriver.sys" to the root of the harddisk.
