Well i've changed it to the first partition at around 350MB and a second at around 950MB so there's nothing over 1GB but the same problem is still occuring.
Here's something weird too - just got HDX to partition the drive as above and even got AHDI auto running - got MiNT installed and everything - and both partitions are accessible and fine.
However - here's the weird part - when you try load HDDriver now it still says there are no partitions found when it boots! I just tried booting with AHDI then manually running HDDriver in the Auto folder on the HDDriver disk and *then* running HDDRUtil - this found partitions C and D but when I try to locate HDDriver in the auto folder again it says it isn't there!! Which it blatantly is as when you drop to the desktop it's sitting there!
