There are lots of good emulators out there,
Steem, SainT, WinSTon, for windows,
NoSTalgia for the Mac,
STonX and hatari for linux,

Just grab one, and be sure to get the MAKEDISK utility as well,
(which will read your atari disks and save them as a 'disk image' file - emulators use
these instead of reading the disks directly:
and anyway it's more convenient than having
100 or so 720kb disks lying around)
