1. TOS 1.4 is not very much spread at all, it's the so called "Rainbow TOS". It was only shipped with later MST's as far as I know.

2. The TOS usually shipped with the 1040STfm is v1.2.

3. There are STe-only commercial games (Obsession, Stardust, Sleepwalker and Substation for example). The same goes for Falcon (much more Falcon-games than STe though).
